QMS Scope

PIE Scientific LLC’s Quality Management System applies to the design, manufacture, sales, service, and support of plasma cleaning systems and related accessories, including the Tergeo series tabletop plasma systems and EM-KLEEN / SEMI-KLEEN downstream plasma cleaning systems.

Products, services, and experimental or market-evaluation activities outside this defined scope are not included in the current QMS scope unless formally added through management review and an approved QMS scope update.
